Happy Halloween Dip

Bold Buffalo Blue Cheese Dip Mix

8 oz. softened cream cheese

1 Tbsp. hot sauce

1 large orange bell pepper

2-3 large pitted black olives (optional)

Tortilla chips or corn chips

Combine first 3 ingredients; chill 2 hours. Lay the orange pepper

on its side; slice off the top side to make an opening in the pepper.

Carve a face, leaving the stem as the nose. Remove seeds and

ribs from pepper. If desired, before filling with dip, slice black olives

in half and press behind the eyes and mouth to make them more

distinct. Fill pepper with dip. Serve with tortilla chips or corn chips.

Makes 10-12 servings.
